INDICATIONS:  Cures most athlete’s foot between the toes.  Cures most jock itch and ringworm.  Relieves the itching, burning, cracking and scaling that accompany these conditions.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:  Clotrimazole 1% (Antifungal)

OTHER INGREDIENTS:  Benzyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetyl Esters Wax, Octyldodecanol, Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Monostearate, Water

CONTRAINDICATIONS/WARNINGS:

• For external use only.

• Avoid contact with eyes.

• Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation occurs.

• Stop use and ask a doctor if there is no improvement within 4 weeks (for athlete’s foot or ringworm) or within 2 weeks (for jock itch).

• Keep out of reach of children.  If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

• Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.

DIRECTIONS:  Apply as directed by a podiatrist, dermatologist, or other physician.
