INDICATIONS:  Proven clinically effective in the treatment of most athlete’s foot, jock itch and ringworm.  Relieves the itching, burning, cracking and scaling that accompany these conditions.

ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:  Miconazole Nitrate 2%

OTHER INGREDIENTS:  Cocamide DEA, Isobutane, Propylene Glycol, Alcohol SD 40 (13% v/v), Tocopherol (Vitamin E)

CONTRAINDICATIONS/WARNINGS:

• For external use only.

• Do not use while smoking or near heat or flame.

• Avoid contact with eyes.

• Use only as directed.  Intentional misuse by deliberately concentrating and inhaling contents can be harmful or fatal.

• Do not puncture or incinerate.  Contents under pressure.  Do not store at temperatures above 120 F.

• Stop use and ask a doctor if irritation occurs.

• Stop use and ask a doctor if there is no improvement within 4 weeks (for athlete’s foot or ringworm) or within 2 weeks (for jock itch).

• Keep out of reach of children.  If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

• Children under 12 years: Ask a doctor.

DIRECTIONS:  Apply as directed by a podiatrist, dermatologist, or other physician.
