INGREDIENTS: Water, Calcium
Carbonate, Mineral Oil, Glyceryl Stearate, Sodium Hypochlorite, Cetyl Alcohol,
Polysorbate 60, Sorbitan Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Diazolidinyl Urea, EDTA,
Methylparaben, Sodium Benzoate, Propylparaben, Fragrance.

Do not use on patients sensitive to any ingredients in this product.

DIRECTIONS: Shake
well before using. Remove cap, apply Nail Scrub to the nail surface
and scrub briskly with the nail brush supplied. Wash off nail and dry.
