
Returns &
Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the date
printed on the receipt. Postage and insurance must be paid by the sender. The product must be received in sellable condition and must be clean and
undamaged. Due to health code regulations, we will not accept any product that has
been worn or used other than to test for size and fit. Some products such as toenail
cutters cannot be returned for any reason since they are considered to be contaminated
once opened. Products returned that do not meet the above criteria will be
returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Following receipt and inspection of the product, we will credit the
price of the product to the customer's credit card, less a restocking fee of 15% for
returns. There is no restocking fee for exchanges,
however, a flat $7.00 fee will be charged to your credit card to help cover the
cost of mailing the exchanged product(s) to you.
The exchanged products will be mailed to you via the same delivery method used
in your initial order. Note: If the
customer's initial purchase qualified for a quantity discount and the customer returns
some, but not all products, the initial purchase price will be recalculated for the
purpose of determining the refund amount due. In some cases, the customer may lose a
quantity purchase discount and/or the free shipping bonus, and obtain a refund in an
amount less than expected.
To return a product: Please
enclose the product, a letter stating the reason for return, the order number and your
desire for a refund. A refund will be applied to the customer's credit card per the
conditions stated above.
To exchange a product:
Please enclose the product, a letter of request including the order number and the
new size desired. We will process the exchange promptly.
A flat $7.00 shipping fee will be charged to your credit card.
