dermal patches made of natural, non-irritating karaya gum. These medicated patches
contain measured amounts of a proven wart removal agent and a moistening agent. The
packages also contain an emery file to smooth the wart surface before applying the patch
and adhesive tape to hold the patch in place. If necessary, the medicated patch can
be trimmed to conform to the size of the wart. It is then applied directly over the
wart, and held in place by the adhesive tape. For convenience, the patch is
generally applied at bedtime and removed the next morning although it can be worn during
the day, if desired. The patch should be left on for about eight hours. During
this time, it is continuously releasing medication and moisture only to the wart, not to
